Live Event Registration Fee:
Per person: $395 each for the first person to register per clinic/organization.
Group rates: Additional registrations from the same clinic/organization are just $195 per person.

TERMS CONDITIONS - By registering for the event, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement.
VNG Training Seminars, Workshops and / or Private Training (“Event”) is organized by Secure Health, Inc, in association with A.T. Still University, Difra Instrumentation and various other related corporations and individuals (collectively, “Sponsor”).
As a condition of participation in the Event, YOU (“Participant”) understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENT: Payment in full is expected at the time of registration. Class size is limited to approximately 30 to 35.
REFUNDS: If your plans change and you need to cancel, notify Sponsor in writing as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued subject to the following PER PERSON cancellation fees: > 60 days prior, full refund less $50 processing fee; 15 -59 days prior, full refund less $60 processing fee ; <14 days prior, No refunds will be issued. In the event a participant must cancel, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Participant to register for a future event.
TRAVEL/FOOD: Registration fee does NOT include transportation to and from the event venue or hotel/housing accommodations. A light breakfast plus coffee and water and a light lunch will be provided on the day of the event. Registrants are responsible for notifying the sponsor at the time of registration of any dietary, allergies, religious or other restrictions. Food/beverages are not included for virtual participants of online training.
ADA/ACCESSIBILITY: The nature and limitations of restrictions due to physical, mobility, vision, hearing or other reasons are encouraged to be disclosed to the sponsor at the time of registration so that we may do our best to accommodate your specific needs.
Do NOT make travel arrangements until AFTER we confirm your registration. We’re not responsible for any losses you suffer for non-refundable travel expenses. Trip insurance or refundable travel are considerations for participants and attendees.
COMPLIANCE: Participants must adhere to all federal, state, local and venue restrictions, including, but not limited to health and safety.
NO RECORDING/PHOTOGRAPHY: Handwritten notes are acceptable, however no video or audio recording of presentations or private conversations is permitted.
EVENT CANCELLATION: Should Sponsor need to cancel the event for any reason, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. Efforts will be made to reschedule the event, but no guarantees are implied. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to event cancellation, nor any losses incurred by Participant.
EQUIPMENT: VNG equipment demonstrated during the seminar is manufactured by Difra Instrumentation.
Name and Likeness Release
At various times and places during the event, Sponsor may photograph, video or audio record, or otherwise capture Participant’s image, name or voice (“Participant’s Likeness”). Participant grants permission to Sponsor to utilize Participant’s Likeness for any and all purposes related to promotion and publicity for future events including, but not limited to seminars, using any and all manner or media, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
Participant waives any right to inspect or approve any finished product or any advertising copy that may be used in connection herewith or the use to which it is applied. Participant warrants that he/she has the right to make this release, and that by granting this release and the rights conveyed thereby, Participant is not infringing on the rights of any third party. Participant assigns to Sponsor all rights, title, and interest, including full rights of assignability, in any and all media in which Participant’s Likeness has been captured in connection with the Event.
Assumption of Risk
Participant understands and agrees that Sponsor does not provide any implied or explicit warranty as to the veracity or reliability of any material or information, and that the ideas and opinions expressed by the speakers do not necessarily represent the views of the Sponsor. In all cases, the material presented, whether orally, by recording, in print, or through any other media, should never be construed as specific legal, tax, investment or business advice. The information presented is for educational and informational purposes only and Participant assumes sole and full responsibility for his or her own decisions and actions. Participant should consult with his or her own properly qualified and retained professional advisors before embarking on any business or investment venture.
Liability Release and Indemnity Agreement
Participant hereby release and forever discharge and agree to save and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective affiliates, including volunteers, officers, employees, and agents of any and all of them, and the other participants in the Event (each such entity or individual referred to herein as “Released Party”) of and from any and all damages, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind or nature that are caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the action, negligence, and/or failure to act of any Released Party and that may arise out of or in connection with the Event.
Medical Treatment
In connection with any injury that Participant may sustain or other medical condition Participant may experience during participation in or attendance at the Event, Participant authorizes any emergency first aid, medication, medical treatment or emergency surgery deemed necessary by the attending medical personnel if Participant is not able to act on my own behalf.
Severability of Provision
Participant agrees that the foregoing releases are intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law.
Any provision herein found by a court of valid jurisdiction to be void and unenforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein.
BY REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT, PARTICIPANT AFFIRMS HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE NAME AND LIKENESS RELEASE AND THE LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS THAT BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, PARTICIPANT HAS FORFEITED SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS. PARTICIPANT HAS VOLUNTARILY AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
